Support
Write to contact.viswateja@gmail.com for help with orders, payments, refunds, listings, seller verification or your account. Include your order ID or listing ID so we can find your case quickly.
Support is handled by email. SVTCart does not operate a phone helpline, so we will never call you asking for an OTP, a password or a payment.
Report a listing or a user
Every product page has a "Report" action that sends the listing straight to our moderation team. You can also email us with the listing link if you cannot reach that button.
